Senior Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support our residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
The ideal candidate will encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living
- Encouraging resident independence and choice
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Participating in facility in-services and training new staff
- Meeting age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations
