Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate tractor type vehicles to lift and transport bulk materials, such as coal and clinker, to and from storage or processing areas.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling.
  • Make changes to material and product flow within the cement mill and transfer system, and take silo measurements for inventory purposes.
  • Assist with general plant labor and clean-up activities when not working as an Operational Support Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
