Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team in an Acute Float RN role. This 13-week assignment offers a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

This position requires a Registered Nurse with less than 1 year of experience, who can read, write, and speak English fluently. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, customer service skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care, taking into account population-specific characteristics.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality patient care.
  • Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice.
  • Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care, taking into account population-specific characteristics.
  • Ensure safety and quality in patient care delivery and documentation while maintaining a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote a professional care delivery model.
  • Promote evidence-based practice, engage in nursing research, and participate in performance improvement activities.
