We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bakery operations, communicate effectively with colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be an Expert Baker: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe instructions, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Be a Tech-Savvy Baker: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make informed business decisions.
- Be a Performance Driver: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a team-oriented culture.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.

To be successful as a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will need:
- 6 months' experience: In a fresh production area, with a focus on baking and decorating.
- Age requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
