Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluation and direct patient care to individuals of all ages with the goal of maximizing their function and independence.
  • Carry out operational duties for the Rehab Services department as indicated.
  • Provide occupational therapy services at outreach sites in communities around the area.
  • Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements as it pertains to insurance, accrediting bodies, national and state regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Certification: Occupational Therapist (OT) - South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to work designated shift lengths, including 8 and 12 hours, which may include night shifts or occasional irregular hours. Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissues.
