Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Installation Associate to join our team. As an Installation Associate, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install building materials according to company standards and safety procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations
  • Use hand and power tools to complete installations
  • Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with installations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Occasional driving to and from worksites

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in building materials installation required
  • Experience with doors, windows, and decks
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
