Job Overview

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in civil engineering design and production support, project management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical support to project teams, including design, construction, and project management.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design Build delivery methods.
  • Estimate design efforts and provide technical expertise in negotiations with contractors.
  • Address contractor submittals and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Prepare and present high-level briefs to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Registration as a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
  • Minimum of five years of specialized experience in civil engineering design and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Current, active secret clearance.
