We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Independence Corrugated. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our business operations and driving growth through strategic planning, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Manage and optimize business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of the corrugated industry and market trends.
