Enterprise Disaster Recovery Strategist

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Product Manager - Disaster Recovery to lead critical disaster recovery and data center build initiatives for a global enterprise organization.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for setting the product vision, defining the roadmap, and guiding the execution of enterprise-level disaster recovery projects.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute disaster recovery strategies, including building out data centers.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to address technical debt and drive innovation.
- Manage and lead large-budget initiatives with clear alignment to organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including backlogs, features, and release plans.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, business teams, and executives to align project objectives.
- Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Monitor and improve product health through metrics and continuous delivery improvements.
- Oversee UAT, success criteria measurement, and post-deployment analysis.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex global-scale business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Proven track record of building and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical background with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Experience managing program-level budgets, including SaaS and capital expenditures.
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to executives confidently.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, holding teams accountable for deliverables.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve high-impact issues and risks.
- Excellent delegation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
