Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Princeton Medical Center. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature
  • Assist physicians during all procedures
  • Work with patients from adolescents to geriatrics
  • Train Cardiovascular Technicians and other Cath Lab personnel
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period

Core Job Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Monitor cardiac procedures and calculate hemodynamic data
  • Assist nursing personnel with emergency procedures
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance and quality control of equipment
  • Clean and package instruments/supplies for sterilization
  • Assume role of monitor tech as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Radiology or Cardiology Technology program or equivalent education
  • Preferred: 2 years in Interventional Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:

  • Required: ARRT, RCIS, or RCES; BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire into position
