Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist doctors with exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Perform venipuncture and IVC placement
  • Administer SQ fluids, medications, and other treatments
  • Work collaboratively with technical staff to ensure hospitalized patients receive the best possible care
  • Recognize subtle changes in clinical status and communicate effectively with the team
  • Provide discharge instructions to clients and ensure a smooth transition for patients
  • Complete estimates and basic record-keeping tasks
  • Assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring
  • Participate in dentistry and dental radiography
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Veterinary Technician
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical software
