PepsiCo North America Beverages is offering a rewarding opportunity as a Warehouse Person to join their dynamic team. With a competitive salary of $24.75 per hour, this position offers a chance to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to hand-build pallets of products for bulk and route trucks. This requires strict attention to order accuracy, ensuring that outgoing trucks are loaded correctly and incoming trucks are unloaded efficiently. The Warehouse Person works from an electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
  • Mark load ticket for out of stock items
  • Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
  • Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
  • Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
  • Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 20-45 pounds of cases repeatedly during a long work period
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping while moving product
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment, including order selection, picking, and staging
  • Driving a forklift and working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
