Maintenance Technician

The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

• Perform breakdown response and preventative maintenance to maintain a state-of-the-art facility
• Repair and maintain equipment, as well as perform tasks such as fabrication, machine repair, installation, and basic construction type work
• Participate in our 6-S Program (housekeeping) and demonstrate ability to utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs)

• Educational background or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
• Solid work history, good oral communication skills, understanding and following instructions, problem-solving, dependability, and responsibility
• Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication/fasteners, blueprint reading, power transmission repair, and machine repair
