Compassionate Home Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate home care professional to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a senior caregiver, you will have the flexibility to choose where you want to work, who you want to work with, and the hours you want to work.

We currently have openings for CNAs, HHAs, and nursing students to work one-on-one with our adult clients. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including days, overnights, and weekends. No experience? Ask about our training program.

Benefits include weekly pay, paid time off (PTO), referral bonuses of $500-$2,000, scholarship opportunities, and certified dementia training. We offer 24/7 on-call clinical support, so you always have someone to call if you have questions.

BAYADA has several 8-12 hour shifts available for home care aides in Bucks and Montgomery County locations. Other full and part-time shifts are also available:

  • Blue Bell: 8 am to 8 pm

  • Doylestown: 8 am to 8 pm and 8 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm

  • Lansdale, PA: 8 pm to 8 am, 8 am to 8 pm, and 3 pm to 11 pm

  • Lafayette Hills, PA: 8 pm to 8 am

  • North Wales, PA: 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 7 am to 7 pm

  • Perkasie, PA: 11 am to 6 pm

  • Norristown: 8 am to 5 pm

  • Warminster, PA: 10 pm to 6 am

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • HHA's: Minimum one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency

  • CNAs: Current or expired CNA license from any state

  • Nursing Students: Completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation

Your responsibilities as a home health aide will include assisting our clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, and home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
