**Job Summary:**

Rodgers Wade, a leading manufacturer of retail fixtures, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to coordinate the flow of product into and out of our manufacturing facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate with internal customers to determine schedules of incoming and outgoing product.
  • Use our system to create receivers, short order lists, pick lists, and ship lists.
  • Maintain packing slips against materials received and notify management of any discrepancies.
  • Notify management of new part numbers or alternative part numbers and update the system.
  • Receive inventory and send receivers within two business days of receipt of product.
  • Create orders in the system for small shipments to properly relieve inventory.
  • Seal or observe sealing of all outbound loads.
  • Prepare necessary receiving paperwork and send inventory receiver to the distribution list.
  • Update customer data systems as necessary.
  • Coordinate with supervisors in directing forklift operator activities.
  • Perform physical inventories or cycle counts as required.
  • Clean, pack, crate, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
  • Responsible for placing, tracking, receiving sales orders from 3rd party vendors.
  • Use power tools for assembly of items as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

***Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.***
