Job Title: RN Outpatient

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a RN Outpatient, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
  • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
  • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • CPR certification
  • Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
