As a prominent Private Practice, we specialize in providing exceptional care to patients residing in nursing facilities.
We are eager to welcome a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about geriatric care and committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
Our team prides itself on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Work Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm; No Weekend Shifts
Compensation Package: $120K + Comprehensive Benefits
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Kentucky.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in geriatric care or nursing home settings is required.
Please note that we are not considering recent graduates for this position.
