Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of our services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Conduct face-to-face relationships with customers to meet their service requirements
  • Utilize multiple trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, to solve maintenance problems
  • Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed
  • Utilize technology to access and complete work orders, create and submit service reports, and submit timesheets and expense reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or degree/certification in a trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel between properties. The position will involve regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock, as well as occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration.
