Job Summary

As a Lead Electronics Assembly, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly operations of electronic components and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the assembly operations of electronic components, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and mentor assembly personnel on new procedures and techniques.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly and production management.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
