**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at our Assisted Living Community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
