Truck Wash Operations Supervisor

As a Truck Wash Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing our operations by delivering outstanding customer service while assisting the Truck Care General Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the Truck Wash facility.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, prioritizing safety practices to maintain an accident-free workplace.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members uphold the same standard.
- Support the Truck Care General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring staff.
- Assist in managing employee turnover and retention effectively.
- Conduct exterior washes for commercial vehicles and RVs.
- Perform wash-related tasks, including changing trailer washouts and applying cleaning solutions.
- Handle accurate invoicing and payment processing for services rendered using billing software.
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
- Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Physical Demands
- Regular communication with customers and team members.
- Requires standing and walking, with occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment
In this role, you may be exposed to outdoor elements throughout the seasons. Occasionally, you may encounter fumes, moving mechanical parts, and varying noise levels. While performing your duties, you may also be exposed to dirt, grease, and cleaning solutions.
