Key Responsibilities:

Diesel Engine Repair:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of diesel engines and associated systems.
  • Employ diagnostic tools and software to identify and rectify engine issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Metal Fabrication:
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components to produce custom parts.
  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including saws and grinders.
  • Ensure all fabricated components adhere to quality and safety standards.
Welding Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding on metal components following specifications and blueprints.
  • Inspect welds for quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment through welding techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols during welding operations.
Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a diesel mechanic, fabricator, and welder.
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and fabrication equipment.
  • Physical endurance and capability to lift heavy items.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics, welding, or fabrication is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in diesel repair, metal fabrication, and welding.
Work Environment:
  • Work primarily in a workshop or outdoor setting, with exposure to noise and heavy machinery.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols is essential to maintain a safe workplace.
