The Dispatch Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities
  • Contact drivers to dispatch and deploy staff and vehicles based on orders received.
  • Schedule loads while utilizing and maximizing driver hours and loaded miles.
  • Prioritize orders according to urgency and importance; utilizing resources effectively to meet the priorities.
  • Anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources efficiently.
