Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Med/Surg. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll work directly with patients to promote physical and emotional well-being. If you have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients according to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the nursing team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences and satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • CNA certification from a recognized institution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
