We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at US Waffle Company Inc. in the role of Production Line Technician Lead. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that food safety is not compromised while meeting the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all other food safety requirements;
  • Verifying that product specifications are being achieved;
  • Maintaining production on the line, troubleshooting and correcting issues as quickly as possible to maintain production;
  • Continuously inspecting wrapper for issues with line, safety concerns, mechanical issues and notifying supervisor if there is a problem;
  • Able to work extended hours, available for overtime and weekend work as required.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field;
  • Ability to read, write, and intermediate mathematical skills;
  • Moderate mechanical aptitude;
  • Computer skills ability to learn and interact with HMI PLCs to properly setup wrappers for production requirements.
