Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to premature and critically ill newborns, including resuscitation, stabilization, and ongoing management.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with parents to educate and support them regarding their newborn's care and treatment plans.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional care to newborns.
Requirements:- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with specialization in Neonatology.
- Valid Florida state license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU) settings preferred.
