About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a strong technical background in data engineering, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data solutions that meet business objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee agile resources in guiding team prioritization, refining the product backlog, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Incorporate assurance processes into data solutions.
  • Guide team members in building complex data solutions, correcting problems, applying transformations, and recommending data cleansing/quality solutions.
  • Design complex data solutions, including incorporating new data sources and ensuring designs are consistent across projects and aligned to data strategies.
  • Define and build frameworks for data solutions that can be applied to multiple projects.
  • Perform analysis of complex sources to determine value and utilize subject matter expertise to recommend data inclusion in analytical processes.
  • Incorporate core data management competencies, including data governance, data security, and data quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of data engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical background in data engineering, data governance, and data security.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
