Job Summary

The Automotive Warranty Specialist at Jenkins Kia of Gainesville is responsible for the timely submission, cancellation, and reconciliation of warranty and insurance products sold. This role requires a combination of routine calculations, postings, and verifications to maintain accurate records.

This position involves checking the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings recorded by other workers. Additionally, office duties may include sorting, filing, copying, handling telephone inquiries, and other assigned tasks, such as filling in for the receptionist/cashier when needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a posting clerk with ADP or other dealership software, 2 years of previous experience in an automotive dealership, and an AA degree or related education.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
