Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 3+ years of medical office or hospital experience
  • 1+ years of supervisor/management or team lead experience
  • 1+ years of healthcare revenue cycle (registration, HIM, billing, etc.) experience
  • Ability to work on-site in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work any full-time, Monday – Friday schedule
  • Ability to work any on-call Supervisor rotation during weekends, holidays, and off hours based on business need
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of outpatient registration experience
  • 1+ years of healthcare scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations as they pertain to Emergency Department processes and procedures
  • Experience with and knowledge of PC applications Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Soft Skills
  • High degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands, and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
