About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at GetGo Caf + Market. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team to provide safe, efficient, accurate, and pleasant food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Customer Service
- Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional food service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
