Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse / CNA to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to our clients in a program setting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the medication program, ensuring medications are packaged and prepared for off-campus activities.
  • Manage record-keeping functions, including health records, medical findings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor, Director, and Psychiatrist to evaluate referrals and admissions.
  • Consult with the Medical Director and clinical staff on client needs, including health issues, medication-related needs, and behavioral changes.
  • Provide prescriptions for psychotropic medications under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Monitor client physical condition and maintain medical records.
  • Arrange medical and dental appointments for residents.
  • Provide health-related workshops and seminars for students.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventorying of medical supplies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in nursing functions within a school and/or residential setting.
  • Knowledge of applicable state regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • BSN degree and licensing as a Registered Nurse.
