About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Processor to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donation and merchandise processing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process donations and merchandise in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals set by the manager
  • Assist the team in achieving our company's overall goal of 35 pieces produced per hour
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting
  • Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and values
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and web browsing
  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day and lift up to 50 pounds
