Senior Process Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs, to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce environmental impact.
  • Ensure successful product scaleup through pilot and manufacturing stages, validating product quality and equipment sizing.
  • Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting, and assist in design package preparation.
  • Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance, and support system operations and maintenance staff.
  • Identify contaminant sources, manage site assessments, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.
  • Expert in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scaleup.
  • Proven success in product and process engineering scaleup, equipment sizing, and validation.
  • Extended knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
  • Familiar with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
