We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, including socialization, behavioral development, personal care, and recreational activities.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to individuals with specialized needs, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, or emotional or behavioral disabilities.
  • Accurately document progress and activity, and review records and logs to stay up-to-date with changes in service plans.
  • May accompany individuals to medical appointments and relay orders and information to and from medical providers.
  • Travel between sites, to individual's homes, and may accompany them into the community.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
