YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
  • Expertly prepare both cold and hot food items, following precise preparation standards.
  • Adhere to strict food safety guidelines.
  • Skillfully operate food preparation equipment, ensuring each task is executed with accuracy.
  • Manage cold preparation tools effectively.
  • Keep food-safe preparation stations immaculate throughout your shift.
  • Efficiently set up and dismantle food preparation areas, ensuring tools are organized and sanitary.
  • Facilitate clear communication between kitchen leadership and various kitchen sections to assess and meet preparation needs.
  • Ensure consistent stocking of all areas.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of our changing seasonal menus and their components.
  • Properly store incoming orders.
