We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Senior Analyst to join our team at Trinity Health. This role will be responsible for managing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications/network systems across multiple Regional Health Ministries (RHMs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership of projects and contribute to the design of converged telecommunications and network systems.
  • Translate business parameters and objectives into functional and/or technical requirements.
  • Configure systems, handle problem resolution, and participate in the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide escalation support and subject matter expertise for chronic issues.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and system office standards for both project implementations and ongoing upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge or five (5) to seven (7) years in either network infrastructure or telephony infrastructure, with general knowledge in the other.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end users, technical staff, and vendors of differing professional levels.
Working Conditions

The incumbent will work in a typical office environment or in infrastructure equipment rooms such as telecommunications closets, server rooms, data centers, or telephone system centers.

The environment requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same period, and adapt to interruptions.
