Job Overview

24Restore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to discuss project requirements and develop project scopes
  • Execute a predesigned sales process to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Prepare project purchase orders and initiate contracts with customers
  • Plan and coordinate project milestones, including selecting building materials and working with the production team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to speak English or be bilingual
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to work occasional on-calls and assist the team as needed
