Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Makdelta LLC. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our preschool students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students
  • Nurture children's emotional, intellectual, and social growth through interactive activities and educational games
  • Maintain a safe and clean learning environment by supervising and managing classroom activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in early childhood education (or related field)
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain confidentiality
