Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services, including evaluation, treatment, and education of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Design, implement, and interpret specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including documentation of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Concentra's quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
  • Skills: Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility. Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
