About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Vitamin and Body Care Team Member to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our vitamin and body care department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service and a positive customer experience daily.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including vitamins, supplements, and body care products.
  • Department Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing department, including merchandising shelves, endcaps, and dynamic displays.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Sales and Profitability: Assist in driving sales and profitability in the vitamin and body care department, including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental and store goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery environment, preferably in a natural foods or vitamin/supplement background.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
