Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty healthcare services to patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and promote health education.
  • Assume clinical responsibility for tasks performed within the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice, including admitting, transferring, and discharging patients.
  • Make referrals to specialists and community agencies as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop plans for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Three years of clinical experience in the area of specialty.
  • Compact state or Arizona RN license, Arizona Advance Practice Nurse license, and National Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner in the area of specialty.
  • Valid DEA registration and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
