2. Aids in the evaluation of patient data to inform medical decisions, treatment strategies, and interventions.
3. Assists in the execution of prescribed medical treatments and interventions, ensuring compliance with established protocols to enhance patient safety.
4. Works alongside the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote effective communication and coordination of care, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
5. Seeks counsel from senior medical professionals regarding intricate patient scenarios and challenging healthcare situations to guarantee optimal patient care.

Associate's Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as recognized by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
