Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining DISH's satellite TV and internet services in customers' homes. You'll work independently, using your technical expertise to resolve issues and provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH's satellite TV and internet services in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, using your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including installation efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
