About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate Part Time to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors, and possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
