About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse to join our team in Hilliard, working with both pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

Competitive Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, reflecting the value of your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • To utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for each assignment.
  • To provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • To assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • To collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
  • A valid LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
  • A current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • A current BLS card.
  • At least one year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred.
