Permanent Placement Resources, LLC

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals including a general psychiatrist, a child psychiatrist, a psychiatric hospitalist, and an advanced practice psychiatric nurse.
  • Focus on the treatment of children and adolescents, with the potential to extend services to adult patients if desired.
  • Flexible full-time work schedule options available (4, 4.5, or 5-day work week).
  • Primarily clinic-based role with shared responsibilities for clinic and hospital call.
    • Includes a 20-bed inpatient unit and a 23-bed chemical dependency unit.
  • Engage in a collaborative clinical environment with psychiatrists, advanced practice psychiatric nurses, and licensed mental health clinicians.
  • Looking for an in-person provider willing to relocate, not a telehealth position.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $293K guaranteed for the first three years, plus a production incentive.
  • Attractive starting bonus of $50K.
  • Longevity bonus of $25K at the conclusion of the first and second years.
  • Relocation assistance of $15K.
