Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Brawley, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive plans of care to promote effective and safe recovery.
  • Perform age-appropriate competency skills and follow intervention protocols.
  • Document patient progress and discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
Requirements:
  • Active state license as a physical therapist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years.
