We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our office operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of dental professionals to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve office efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, expand market share, and enhance our reputation as a leading DSO.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a group dental practice or a busy, multi-dentist office.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, office operations, and management principles.
