Breakfast Cook Job Description

As a Breakfast Cook at Hy-Vee, you will be responsible for preparing the cooking surfaces, vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast foods. You will also be responsible for all hot foods and cold foods, including available heat-and-eat varieties. Your tasks will include preparing a variety of ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cooking surfaces and ingredients for breakfast foods
  • Prepare vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast foods
  • Be responsible for all hot foods and cold foods, including heat-and-eat varieties
