Overview of the Role

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering and technical services department, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • You must be able to meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • You should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You should also possess organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
